Could It Be?


That exercise is slowly but surely becoming part of my life? Let me tell you a lil something about me.................I hate  exercise,no let me start over since hate is such a strong word. I strongly dislike exercise. I always have. In the past I pretty much only exercised when I found myself with 10lbs I wanted to drop. I'd do it and that was it. I never had ANY intention of continuing once I had what I wanted.

I now realize maybe if I had just found something I liked to do I wouldn't be in this predicament now! Everyone that exercises doesn't LOVE it. But they do it because it's good for them. That's how I want to be. Hopefully with time I'll get there. Cross your fingers for me!

After almost talking myself out of my treadmilling yesterday,guess who jumped on today and it wasn't even my long workout day?MEEEEEEEEEEE!!

AND

 I was down another 1/2lb on the scale! This time around it's definitely coming off slower but as long as I KNOW I'm eating right and exercising, I'm not going to sweat the scale....AT ALL. Hope everyone is having a great day,Michelle
