Good Day/Bad Day


So today my entire morning was filled by a absolutely BORING.........let me say it again BORING agency meeting. The highlight of my day was they provided lunch......... and not just a free lunch but it was actually fairly healthy and I was able to stay on track. Some little box lunch that was put together by one of the local delis.

I  had a turkey and swiss sandwich, a small ( and I mean small, damn thing had like 4 chips in it?) bag of chips and a small cookie. It wasn't too bad.

Bad news is my ankle hurt like hell ALL day, If it just hurt a bit I would just tweak a few things, my walking shoes etc, but it's freaking me out a bit more because it's the ankle I broke two years ago I have a bolt on the inside of the ankle and a long plate along the other side. The plate side is killing me! I'm even limping a bit. I'm hesitant to do any type of working out,walking( treadmill) on it until I have the doc check it out for me. I had a really nasty slip and fall as soon as I got to work two years ago and on paper I was rated a bit disabled because of it but it's never given me any problems until yesterday. So I'll get it checked out.


Let's see what else? Oh during the above mentioned boring meeting I downloaded a workout app to my iphone called ifitness and later on another blog I heard good things about a calorie/intake tracker called Lose It! So I'll start using those tomorrow. Hope everyone had a great day,Michelle
