Sugar to Shit (Grrrrr)

So my morning started out absolutely fabulous! I went to bed on time the night before so I woke up nice and refreshed ( ha!), my ankle that was bothering me the previous day was also feeling great and my limp was gone ( yea!).

My morning plugged along and I even was using my food tracker app! Easy peezy! I was eating good tracking my intake did great all through lunch! Let's all scream SUGARRRRR!

Then it all turned to SHIT!

I was walking in the mall and got to feeling a bit "munchy" and HAD to have a pretzel with cheese. So I ate it.

That should have been the end of it right?  Noooooo.

Walked  a little more and walked my big behind right up to the counter at Baskin Robbins and ordered a single scoop cone. Now at this point I really felt bad because there was NO hunger involved! I just wanted it.

Now for the next part of the demise of my day here's a little background.

Anyone else watch those blasted food shows ? Well last night  on Man vs. Food  he was showing these awesome burger joints. Well they showcased a burger called the Jucy Lucy ( yes that's how they spelled JUICY!) This burger was basically two thin patties that between them you load with cheese and then cook.

So you know what I said right? " I can make that at home!"

And I did.

So that was my dinner. My homemade Jucy Lucy burger. My only saving grace was that I REFUSED to make any type of fries to go with it! Goodness. Just a terrible eating day for me. So now that I've blogged about it, confessed I'm going to move on and have a better day tomorrow. I hope YOUR day was better than mine. Wish me a better day tomorrow,Michelle
